This months question (August 2007) is, the question is in conjunction with our newest sponsor PABST BLUE RIBBON BEER!

In 1844, one of the greatest beers ever made was born - Pabst Blue Ribbon. In those days, it was called 'Select' until they started tying the blue ribbon on the bottles in 1882. PBR has been through a lot with our great Nation. Rationing tin during World War II, and only sending beers to our soldiers, and also giving instructions to patrons on how to open a tin can with a bottle opening, even though the lids had pop tops similar to cans today!

Our question this month is, during prohibition, how did PBR stay in business if they could not sell beer?
