Join us for the 24th Annual SRP Night Run for the Arts - May 3, 2008 7:00 P.M.
Presented by SRP, it takes place on the beautiful rolling green hills of the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts Amphitheater as well as through downtown Scottsdale. Events included in this year's evening are an 8k run, a 3 mile family fun run/walk and the famous Art Stroll.
The Annual Night Run for the Arts signals the end of the competitive running season in Arizona and has been recognized for having the best post race event with music, food and fun at the finish line.
All proceeds from the Night Run for the Arts benefit the Center's committment to the children through various Youth Education and Outreach Programs. Donations may be made on line when you register or at the race site. For your tax records, please us ID# 86-0593786.
Participants enjoy live entertainment throughout the route, and the event culminates with and outdoor party featuring music and an awards ceremony.
An evening of fun and culture featuring live performances, a green building exhibit and an eco-friendly activity area for the kids.
COURSE ROUTE
The event courses run through downtown Scottsdale, and all start and finish at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts Amphitheater, located at 75th and Main streets, adjacent to Scottsdale Civic Center Mall. Course map!
EVENT SCHEDULE
7 p.m. Art Stroll/3 mile Family Run/Walk
8 p.m. 8K run
9 p.m. Post race concert, party and awards
An evening of fun, fitness and culture featuring live performnaces, a green building exhibit and an eco-friendly activity area for kids.
There is no longer a 1 mile run/walk.
LATE REGISTRATION: Registration will be held on site Saturday May 3.
Art Stroll and 3 Mile -Noon to 4 and 5 - 6:00
8K - Noon to 4 and 5 - 6:30
PACKET PICK UP: All athletes pre-registered can pick up their packet and goodie bag on site Saturday May 3 ONLY! Noon to 4 and 5 -6:30

QUOTABLE MILES
Each mile is distinctively marked with attractive mile-marker signs. The markers are inscribed with inspirational quotations and words of wisdom to keep you motivated and on pace for a personal best time.
