Join us for the 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot presented by www.A2Eatsonline.com of Ann Arbor on the North Campus of the University of Michigan. Race starts promptly at 8:30 a.m. Awards ceremony immediately after the race. Stick around for great food, drinks, and fun. This event is endorsed again this year by the Michigan Governor's Council for Physical Fitness. Don't miss this end of the year event.

Enjoy a 5K around the North Campus of the University of Michigan! Bring the kids! Bring the Dogs! Bring the Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles.
The streets of the U of M North Campus "feel like" up-north Michigan! This run will be challenging as there are hills and inclines. Please note that the 5K runners/walkers must complete the 3.1 miles in 1 hour 30 minutes.
Registration Fees:
Adults - $20.00 prior to Nov 25, 2008 $25.00 Nov 26 and 27
Children 5 - 13 - $20.00 prior to Nov 25, 2008 $25 Nov 26 and 27
Children 4 and under are free!
All children 13 and under must be with an adult to run in this event.
Event Staging: Staging will be in the parking lot at 2375 Hubbard. This is the University of Michigan's North Campus Recreational Center. 2375 Hubbard is south of Broadway St and Plymouth Rd, east of Baits Dr. and west of Murfin and Hubbard intersections.
T-shirts: All pre-registered participants will be guaranteed a shirt. The first 800 that register will be guaranteed shirts. Children sizes available. Don't wait to register. We will not be mailing shirts out this year. Sorry but shirts will not be provided for the children participating "free".
We will be holding a clothing and food drive that will benefit Active Faith and the Food Gatherers. Please bring bags of clothes, relatively old shoes, non-parishable foods to the race site. The Red Rock Company will be making the delivery on race day. All cash donations are being distributed on race day as well!

The Red Rock Company is collecting new and old shoes, clothes, non parishable foods and winter clothes for Active Faith Foundation and the Food Gatherers of Ann Arbor.

All pre-registered participants must pick up their packets by 7:30 a.m. Thursday, November 27, 2008.
Day before and Day of Registration: There will be a packet pick up and late registration. November 26, 2008 from 3 - 6:00 pm. and November 27 from 6:00 am to 7:30 am at the University of Michigan North Campus Recreational Center Building, 2375 Hubbard, Ann Arbor, MI 48109
Please bring a form of identity with you to registration and packet pick up- Driver's license or legal identification.
Pre-Registered Runners If you have registered on line, your packets will be ready and waiting for you. When you arrive at registration, please go to the table that corresponds with the first letter of your last name.
Per USATF sanctioning rules, everyone must show your current drivers license or other form of legal identification to pick up your information.
The first 700 athletes will are guaranteed a t-shirt and other items in their goodie bag.

Red Rock enforces a strict NO TRANSFER policy. Athletes are not allowed to sell or gift their registration to another athlete. Athletes are not allowed to transfer their registration to another year or race.
Why do we have such strict policies? Every event company in the country has the same policy for a reason. When the athlete registers, the event company begins preparing for your experience. Whether it's hiring police, security, buying t-shirts, paying volunteers, etc. We incur expenses immediately, regardless if you race. Since most of the Red Rock Company events sell out, we can not allow transfers. Thank you for your understanding!

Awards will be going to the Top Three Male, Female and Children 5 to 13 Age Group Winners.
You must be there to pick up your award. Red Rock will not be mailing awards.

Runners and spectators are advised to not drive anywhere on the race route from 8:15AM – 9:30AM. The race route is closed to all traffic; provisions will be made for emergency vehicles only. This will entail stopping the race.
For the safety of the participants (runners, walkers, race volunteers and spectators) it is crucial that cars are not driven onto the racecourse. Doing so will impede course and could mean closing the race. Something none of us want to see!
- What about parking?
You should park west of the Recreation Center on Hubbard near Baits. The lots are NC 31 and NC 32. If those lots are full park at the corner of Baits and Hubbard in the huge lot west of Hubbard.
When exiting the race site, exit west on Hubbard and north on Baits to Plymouth. Please do not drive east on Hubbard and into the race!
